Preface

PAKD is a digital agency originating from the desire to create value for clients, ourselves, and society, and to be in line with its members inner conviction.

The following constitution forms the foundation on which the organisation is based. Its articles define a set of principles and moral beliefs we want to live and work by on a daily basis. Individuals who work at PAKD agree with this constitution and act on the best of their knowledge and belief to follow the principles. It aims to give members of the organisation a maximal amount of liberty and independence in their work life and will provide a measurement for actions.

To implement the constitution in our daily business, we define a set of rules, measurable goals and concrete actions.

An organisation needs to adapt to its integral parts and outside environment. Therefore the constitution, as the backbone of our organisation, is fluid. The people of PAKD regularly improve the constitution by means of adjusting its content.

What you are reading right now is the internal (and live) document directly from our Notion.

1 – Constitution

1.1. The constitution protects the values and beliefs of PAKD.

1.2. The constitution regulates the interactions between individuals within PAKD.

1.3. The constitution regulates the interactions between members of PAKD or the organisation itself and third parties.

1.4. Articles of the constitution can be added, edited or removed if the majority of the members of PAKD agree with the proposal.

2 – Purpose and goals

2.1. PAKD create value for society.

2.2. PAKD creates long term benefits for its clients.

2.3. PAKD creates welfare for its members.

2.4. PAKD creates purposeful work for its members.

2.5. PAKD creates growth opportunities for its members.

2.6. PAKD creates meaningful relationships.

2.7. PAKD creates an open minded, peaceful and tolerant working environment for its members.

2.8. PAKD is financially successful to be independent.

2.9. PAKD and any of its members do not practise profit maximisation at the expenses of the well being of the natural and working environment.

3.1.4. We want the work at PAKD to provide every member with satisfying challenges and growth opportunities.

3.1.5. We want to build an organisation that allows everybody involved to live a meaningful life.

3.1.6. We want to work in long-term mutual beneficial partnerships with suppliers, employees, partners and clients
